Mindfulness

A NSW Health Priority Populations community health worker regularly presented high quality inspirational and instructional sessions on the value and processes on Mindfulness. The worker is both Arabic and English speaking and Inky Smudge was approached to create dual language videos of these Mindfulness presentations. Inter-titling slides were designed to help convey the sense of a calming mind and with the assistance of auto-cue both English and Arabic videos were filmed on-site and edited to produce the results shown here.

Following their success a Bangla version was also recorded.
