COVID-19 Co-morbitity

The Sydney Partnership for Health, Education, Research and Enterprise (SPHERE) in conjunction with the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District commissioned the creation of a series of multi-lingual health sheets highlighting concerns their audience may have on the interaction between COVID-19 and five chronic health conditions within the Australian population (Asthma, Diabetes, Arthritis, Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke).

Custom icons were developed as part of a display style and each factsheet was translated into eight languages.
